'LOOK AT ME NOW AND HERE I AM'

A retreat offered as a bespoke in-house experience to increase the personal performance capacity of the women in your organization. 

THE title of this programme 'LOOK AT ME NOW AND HERE I AM' comes from a poem by Gertrude Stein, a writer who challenged conventions and beliefs throughout her life and championed the capacity in ourselves for discovery.

What?  This is an immersion-based learning experience. It offers a great opportunity for professional women to rejuvenate and reconnect to their creative energy, sense of purpose and sources of inspiration.  These are the forces that make us who we are at our best and give us our unique voice and style as a leader, team player and human being.

Why?  In our work lives and personal lives ‘time’ is the most often cited currency for our sense of lack as well as for our aspirations. “If I had the time I would…”  We can all finish this sentence!  And yet, astonishingly, we continue to defer time out for our well-being, our passions, re-assessment and re-connection.

How? Immersions are powerful and sustainable learning experiences because they offer the luxury of time: The time to ease out of office distractions and be fully present; the time to pause; the time to think; the time to explore and the time to process.
