Welcome to Leading for Results

Leading for Results is an experiential-based leadership development program that explores how leaders achieve intended results. As we begin our week together, we’ll focus on achieving clarity about the personal leadership challenge that each person brings to the program and then will move to deepening your self-awareness as a leader, using 360° feedback and Learning Partners.

Using a range of models and perspectives, Leading for Results then moves into helping you create your leadership vision and identifying the strategies and alignment necessary to achieve your vision. Unique activities and tools will assist you in effectively defining and communicating your personal leadership challenge to yourself and to others.

The program also looks at how understanding your organizational culture might impact your leadership vision and how you can recognize opportunities for influence and positive change. Each step along the way, you will be creating an accountable plan for action to move you forward in the workplace.

Leading for Results enables participants to experience leadership development on three levels:

  • Self-Reflection: who am I as a leader?
  • Action Planning: what and how can I achieve as a leader?
  • Group Interaction: what behaviours can I use to become an effective leader?
