Our facilitators will help you frame your event to create the pace and energy you need to inspire commitment from your participants and gain the outcomes you desire.
Conferences/Events: Working with a facilitator frees you up to engage in your event in the way most useful to you. You can relax in the knowledge that the procedures are in place to ensure all participants know where and how to make the contribution they want to make and that the energy and focus of the event will be maintained throughout.
Meetings/Team Away-days: A facilitator brings a unique energy to a meeting or team away-day, that of the outsider. Familiar and anticipated patterns of behaviour, old rivalries and entrenched views often perpetuate false assumptions and old misunderstandings. Our facilitators will help you to create a space and process in which to encourage good listening; generate ideas and inspire creativity.
We work with groups of all sizes and offer a range of techniques drawn from the world of theatre to inspire creative thinking and collaborative engagement.
We also offer Open Space Technology
Open space is a dynamic and creative process created in the mid-1980s by organizational consultant Harrison Owen. Owen was inspired by his observation that conference participants loved the refreshment breaks at conferences more than the process. Open Space is designed to facilitate the kind of impromptu, self regulating and creative engagements which conference participants often find take place during the breaks.
An Open Space event is organized within a few simple principles and during the first hour participants learn how they will create their own event to their own specific requirements. The process is highly organized as well as dynamically chaotic, creative and productive. Every participant takes full responsibility for their personal productivity with ample opportunity to create the most stimulating debates or one-to-one conversations around the issues which concern them most.
