Creative Leadership
“The creation of something new is not accomplished by the intellect but by the play instinct.” Carl Yung
What?
Creativity and leadership both represent private journeys with public implications. The capacity to create a vision, work with uncertainty, see new perspectives, draw energy and purpose from sources of inspiration and create your own template for leadership are all aspects of Creative Leadership.
Why?
Much of present business culture contradicts the conditions that allow creativity to flourish and innovation to occur because of fear of failure, the need to get it right the first time, speed and efficiency and constant results based assessment - all antithetical to the creative process. The creative process, therefore, is an act of courage – a fearless commitment to exploration, to risk taking, learning and reflection.
How?
Our creative leadership courses offer participants the opportunity to unlock their personal creativity and practice its application to the development of their individual leadership style. Using rich and powerful methods from the world of theatre, participants enjoy the power of the rehearsal space to inspire them beyond their expectations.
Our courses provide intellectual stimulus drawn from theoretical studies of leadership combined with dynamic creative processes for preparation, rehearsal and leadership performance at the highest level. We help you put your leadership learning into action.
