Conflict Resolution

 Conflict coaching on a 1:1 basis can bring people to a much clearer understanding of the dispute itself and of the resources they already possess in order to resolve these conflicts in a productive way.

Conflict Coaching addresses itself to the persons, work context and environment that the conflict exists in.  Non-Violent Communication (Marshall Rosenberg) methodologies are used alongside more traditional coaching.

Conflict coaching for teams usually takes place in two-day facilitated sessions, attended by all members of the team and preferably at an ‘off-site’ venue.

These sessions look at current issues within the team and offer tools and techniques for working through those conflicts.  Strategies for increased and more effective communication within the team in the future also form part of the sessions.
